Parkway North High School Campus Wide Master Plan

Chiodini Architects was selected by the Parkway School District to develop a long-range Master Plan for North High School that would be realized in three distinct phases. Each phase had to be carefully planned and outlined to sequence construction with the academic calendar. The three phases were to be realized over a twelve-year timeframe with a total master plan budget of $100,000,000; Phase I (executed between Summer 2016 and Summer 2018) was budgeted at $25,000,000.
